青少年學生長假日（寒假、春假）自家外休閒活動特徵研究以宜蘭農工專校五專低年級學生為例

A Study of the Characteristics of the Young Adults' Out-of-Home Leisure Activities during Long Holidays

摘要

休閒活動是一種在自由時間中所從事的各類活動，可娛樂身心，亦可達到個人發展反社會成就的狀態。自家外休閒活動依其在時間與空間土約特徵分爲觀光旅行、郊外型、都市型三類，而自由時間（假日）的特性亦有所異同如時間長短、天氣狀況、獨有或共有。
本文探討青少年早期階段的五專低年級學生在不同的長假日中各類型自家外休閑活動的特徵：期望的休閑類型、休閒參與率、休閒同伴、中介性休閒阻礙因素。得到下列結果：
1.在不同的假日中各休閒活動類型的期望有顯著不同；雖然在寒假春假郊外型休閒活動的期望均爲最高(50.9%，58.8%)，但觀光旅行在寒假的期望較高(38%)，都市型休閒活動則在春假較高(21.3%)。
2.實際的休閒類型參與率不因假期不同而有差異；均以都市型最高，郊外型次之，觀光旅行最少。
3.不同的假日和不同的休閒活動均有不同的中介阻礙因素；春假以天候因素爲主，寒假則以時間因素較高。觀光旅遊以時間金錢因素爲主，郊外型和都市型休閒活動則同伴周素爲重要阻礙因素。
4.不同假日中各類型休閒游動有不同的休間同伴；春假各類休閒活動均以同學朋友爲主，寒假中都市型以同學朋友爲主，郊外型與觀光旅行則以家人親戚爲多。

Leisure activities are all kinds of activities engaged durning the free time, By means of leisure activities, one can entertain himself, as well as socialization. Being catergorized by space, out-of-home leisure activities can be divided into types of tours, outing, and urban activities while categorized by time, they can be divided into different types, such as time span, weather condition, and going alone or in groups.
This study investigated the effects of the types of leisure activities and the features of holidays on the characteristics of leisure activities. The resurlts are as the following:
1. The young adults have significently different expectancy for different types of leisure activities during different holidays.
2. The percentage of actural participation for the leisure activities doesn't materialized with the different types of holidays.
3. Different types of holidays and different types of leisure activities have different constraint factors.
4. Among all types of leisure activites, leisure company is different due to different holidays.
