都會交通系統之改變對居民遊憩行爲與遊憩活動參與之影響-以大台北捷運系統營運爲例

Alteration of Urban Transportation System and its Influence on Residents' Behavior and Participation in Recreational Activities-The Case of the Operation of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Network in Taipei Metropolitan Area

摘要


台北捷運系統於八十八年底南港線通車後,捷運系統的路網形成增加了居民於台北市區內行的便利,同時也拓展了居民休閒時遊走鬧區或近郊的自由度。綜歸這些影響主要可能源自於居民遊憩活動範圍的改變、遊憩參與形式的改變、以及遊憩參與機動性的改變。因此本研究籍調查居民遊憩行爲的改變以了解捷運路網的形成對都會遊憩活動之影響。本研究主要乃藉由重複樣本二階段調查了解搭乘捷運的台北居民遊憩行爲之改變狀況。研究比較捷運通車前、通車後第一階段調查、與三個月後第二階段調查之結果,受訪者遊程屬性方面明顯改變爲交通工具的選譯、旅遊計畫、以及資訊來源;此外在不同類型的活動參與頻度排序方面,偏好順序在通車前後呈現明顯的不同,其中以駕車兜風之排序最爲明穎的下降。而各類活動參與頻度則除了駕車兜風外均明顯增加,顯示捷運系統的營運確實對居民遊憩行爲產生重大的影響。

The study investigated the changes of the residents' recreational behavior in the Taipei metropolitan area after the Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) was completed in December 1999. According to related leisure research, the reasons for behavior change can be due to the expansion of personal recreational mobility, increasingly participative opportunities for recreational activities, and more flexibility of leisure time. The purpose of the study was to discover the influence of the MRTS on recreational behavior and activities. The data collected was conducted from a two-step penal survey. The results showed there were obvious changes in recreational mode usage, travel plan, travel information resource, and recreational activities participation. In comparison with the different stages of recreational activities' participation, there were significant differences between the rankings. After the institution of the MRTS, ”driving for pleasure” was obviously downgraded in priority. There were also significant differences when comparing the participation rate of each activity. Except for ”driving for pleasure”, every other activity showed a higher participative rate after the start of the MRTS. These results implied that the MRTS did change the recreational behavior of urban residents.
