從父母與子女觀點探討家庭休閒活動與家庭生活滿意度關係之研究

摘要

本研究之目的在於探討家庭休閒活動與家庭生活滿意度之關係，研究利用家庭休閒活動量表測量家庭休閒活動參與量，休閒活動參與量包括休閒活動數目、活動頻率與活動參與程度，以家庭休閒滿意度量表測量家庭休閒活動之品質，並分別從家庭、父母、子女觀點分別進行探討，再以家庭生活滿意度量表分別測量三個不同觀點之家庭生活滿意度以進行相關分析，研究共收集有效樣本336個家庭。研究結果歸納如下：一、不論是以種類數目、頻率或參與程度來表示活動之參與量，家庭休閒活動參與量越多，家庭生活滿意度越高，並在整體、父母與子女之生活滿意度都可以有明顯的提高；二、整體、父母與子女之家庭休閒滿意度均與家庭生活滿意度有正相關關係，並在整體、父母與子女之生活滿意度有顯著的正向關係。由研究結果證實家庭休閒活動在質與量上均對於家庭生活滿意度有正面幫助，因此本研究建議應該有更多與更高品質的家庭休閒活動，以進而改善家庭氣氛，促使社會更加和諧。

The purpose of this study was devoted to investigate the relationship between family leisure activities and satisfaction with family life. Data were collected by questionnaires which included following scales. The 21-item Family Leisure Activities Scale was used to investigate leisure participation which including leisure types, leisure frequency and leisure involvement. The 24-item Family Leisure Satisfaction Scale was used to investigate leisure quality which included different view points from families, parents and children. The 5-item Satisfaction with Family Life Scale was used to examine the family's life satisfaction which also included three view points. The sample consisted of 336 families. Study results are summarized as follows: 1. The more family leisure activities, the higher satisfaction with family life. 2. The higher family leisure satisfaction, the higher satisfaction with family life.
