本研究旨在探討創造性與混合型遊戲場上幼兒遊戲行為的差異性,及遊具選擇對遊戲行為產生的影響。本研究採觀察研究法,觀察方法以時間取樣作為記錄行為的程序。研究對象為中部地區二所幼兒園五至六歲的大班幼兒,共52名。研究結果發現,幼兒在創造性與混合型遊戲場上的認知性、社會性及非遊戲行為皆有顯著差異;且在遊具選擇上也有所差異。再者,幼兒在創造性遊戲場上出現較多的建構及聯合遊戲,而在混合型遊戲場上則出現較多的功能與平行遊戲。然幼兒在混合型遊戲場上的非遊戲行為,如旁觀、無所事事及活動轉換等普遍多於創造性遊戲場。而創造性遊戲場上之非遊戲行為,如討論、解決問題、提供訊息等行為則多於混合型遊戲場。
This study aimed to explore children's play behaviors and equipment choices on creative and composite playgrounds. Naturalistic observation with time sampling was used to record children's play behaviors. The sample was 52 children with the age of 5-6-year olds from two kindergartens in the mid area of Taiwan. Results revealed that on the both creative and composite playgrounds showed significant differences and different equipment choices in cognitive play, social play, and non-play categories. Results also indicated that children showed more constructive play and associative play on the creative playground, whereas children engaged more in functional play and parallel play on the composite playground. Moreover, there were more onlooking, unoccupied, activity transition behaviors on the composite playground than the creative playground. There were more discussion, problem solving, information providing behaviors on the creative playground than the composite playground.
