Surgical and Anesthetic Aspects of Laparoscopic Live Donor Nephrectomy
腹腔鏡活體摘腎之外科及麻醉科觀點

In properly selected donors, live donor nephrectomy has been proven safe and effective. With the introduction of laparoscopic donor nephrectomy in 1995, the number of live donor procedures has increased significantly. The surgical and anesthetic management of patients undergoing live donor nephrectomy is reviewed in detail, with emphasis on the laparoscopic technique.
