全球化下的中國國防工業

摘要

全球化正影響全球國防工業體系佈局，使全球國防工業整合成美國和歐洲兩大系統。中國微妙的國際地位使中國無法加入西方國防工業企案主導的跨國研發行銷聯盟，也不可能發展出亞太區域性跨國研發行銷聯盟。中國籍全球化進一步推動國防工業企案改革，進一步推動軍民結合，擴大軍品供應市場，並籍全球化加速進行世界性的軍民兩用技術的合作和吸收。

Globalization is impacting integration of western defense industry, and two major defense industry systems have been formed in the US and Europe. However, China's delicate international status at present stage has denied China to be incorporated into this integration process, and it is very unlikely for China to develop a regional wide defense industry system in the Asia-Pacific region. Through the impetus of globalization, China has further pushed for industrial reform in defense industry sector, furthering civil-military integration, opening supply market of military products, and stepping up collaboration in the field of dual-use technology worldwide.
