紙雕活動在精神科職能治療的應用
Application of Paper Sculpture Activities to Occupational Therapy in Psychiatry
摘要
職能治療係藉有目的的活動，以幫助病人重建生理、心理及社會功能。紙雕活動可幫助病人發洩內在情緒、投射潛在問題、增加工作持續力、培養自信心與建立成就感、增進人際關係，培養社會性、訓練手的靈巧度及增加創造力等。筆者針對病人的能力及職能復健需要，設計一系列紙雕活動，於本文中詳細介紹紙雕的發展史、活動特性分析及國內紙雕活動應用於精神科職能治療的情形，並提出兩個個案報告，以期推廣紙雕成為一項有意義的職能治療活動。

Occupational therapy provides intervention to alleviate dysfunction and to reinforce physical, psychological and social functions for adaptation through the use- of purposeful activities. Paper sculpture activity can be applied to project inner conflict, develop self esteem, increase work tolerance, establish interpersonal relationship, train manual dexterity, and facilitate creativity of individuals. According to patients' ability and treatment goal, a series of paper sculpture activities are introduced and history of paper sculpture in past decades are reviewed in this article. Besides, activity analysis and clinical application of paper sculpture to psychiatric patients are also described. Finally, two case reports are stated in detail.
