摘要
深部摩擦按摩法乃Cyriax 在1971年提出；此後，他曾陸續寫文章介紹此一技術。從事物理治療臨床工作者，也許曾應用此技術治療軟部組識受傷的患者，但是，可能不曾真正深入探討此法之理論基礎與施行技巧。 本文著者參考Cyriax之原著及相關著作，探討軟部組織受傷後癒合的機制及深部摩擦按摩對結締組織癒合的影響。文中亦詳細刊出此治療法之適應症與非適應症、施行時之原則與技巧。希望對物理治療師臨床使用此技術時，有所助益。

Deep friction massage was developed by Cyriax since 1970's. The physical therapists might use this technique to treat the patients who suffered from soft tissue injury. However, the rationale & detailed technique might not be well recognized. The author discussed the healing mechanism of soft tissue & the effect of deep friction massage on the healing of connective tissue. The contraindications, indications, detailed principles & techniques of deep friction massage were also included in this paper. It might provide available informations for clinical use of this techniques.
