鋼筋混凝土低型剪力牆幾何性質對剪力強度之影響

Influence Factors on Shear Strength of Low-Rise Rc Wall

摘要


本文旨在依據測試強度與ACI 318-05規範之計算強度,探討鋼筋混凝土低型剪力牆之幾何形狀不同、剪力鋼筋量不同以及測試型式不同時對剪力強度之影響,期使對鋼筋混凝土低型剪力牆之抗剪行為有更充分的了解。探討之變數有高寬比、水平及垂直鋼筋量、翼緣設置與否、變形型式為單曲率或雙曲率等。本文共分析國內外64座低型剪力牆測試值,結果顯示測試強度約隨水平鋼筋量增加而增加但不明顯,有翼緣之強度明顯高於無翼緣者,雙曲率測試之強度大於單曲率測試者,無剪力鋼筋試體之強度無法忽略。ACI對於剪力牆之混凝土強度預測明顯低估,而對於鋼筋之貢獻則有高估之虞,此外雙向均有剪力鋼筋之單曲率無翼緣牆且屬剪力控制時,ACI則有不保守之剪力強度預測值。本文建議計算剪力牆強度時應考慮翼緣之貢獻以及變形型式之區別,使預測之強度與破壞模式能更符合實際結果。

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of different shapes, shear reinforcement, and loading types on the shear strength of low-rise RC wall through comparison between test results and predicted strength according to ACI 318-05 for further understanding of the shear resistance behavior of such walls. The parameters discussed include height-width ratio, horizontal and vertical reinforcement, with or without flange, as well as the single curvature or double curvature deformed shape. There are totally 64 specimens of which the test results were analyzed. It is shown in the results that the strength of the wall with flange is greater than the one without; the strength of the wall with double curvature loading type is greater than the wall with single curvature; the strength increases slightly with horizontal reinforcement; neglect of the strength of wall without shear reinforcement is not appropriate. It is also found that the predicted concrete strength of shear wall is apparently underestimated by ACI while the contribution of reinforcement is overestimated. Furthermore, for shear behavior controlled single curvature two way reinforced shear wall without flange, the predicted shear strength by ACI is un-conservative. In order to minimize the difference between strength or failure model prediction and the actual one, it is suggested that the lose-rise wall strength calculation should take the contribution of flange and the deformed shape into consideration.
