利用希伯特-黃轉換處理地形數據之應用

摘要


近年之測量技術已有大幅進展,能利用航測影像或衛星遙測對包含建物的都市地形或鄉村地形作精確量測。由於傳統所使用的水利計算程式很難容忍劇烈的地形變化而不發散,故多無法處理複雜的地形與建物,因此以往進行模擬時,多僅輸入大尺度、變化緩和的地形圖處理之,這不免會產生不盡不實之處。希伯特-黃轉換可對高低變化劇烈的曲線,按其粗糙度而層層剝離之,進而得到數個內含物理意義的內建模態函數,故可能據其將二維複雜地形按粗糙度逐步提高。本研究利用希伯特-黃轉換,發展出將二維複雜地形按粗糙度層層剝離之方法,並以淹水模擬為一水利應用例,展示解決複雜地形與水利計算模式容忍度所產生的問題。此一改革性作法,期望能提供作為往後進行水理分析計算改進的參考。

The survey technology has improved a lot recently. Both urban and suburban terrains can be measured accurately by either aircraft or satellite.Since conventional hydraulic computation model can not tolerate rapid terrain variation without divergence, the conventional hydrodynamic simulation can not handle problems with complicated terrain and buildings. Therefore, only large scaled, mild variation terrain is considered in conventional hydraulic simulation.Because Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) can follow the smoothness of a rapidly varied curve to obtain intrinsic model functions layer by layer, using HHT is a possible measure that enables us to handle complicated two dimensional terrain data according to its roughness.The present study applies the HHT to develop a method to handle complicated two dimensional terrain data according to its roughness. And we use flood inundation simulation as an example to solve the problem induced by urban and suburban terrain complicated degree and computation model tolerance of hydraulic simulation .It is hoped that the revolutionary measure can serve as a reference for future improvement of hydraulic simulation.
