矩形RC柱採碳纖維包覆暨碳纖維錨栓耐震補強研究

Seismic Retrofit of Rectangular RC Columns Using CFRP Wrapping and CFRP Anchors

摘要


針對矩形斷面之鋼筋混凝土柱,本文提出以碳纖維包覆配合使用碳纖維錨栓(CFRP anchor)之新型補強工法與設計理論,並製作實尺寸RC柱試體以驗証補強效果。由於傳統僅以碳纖維包覆補強矩形RC柱時,碳纖維無法對於柱面提供有效圍束,影響補強效果;本文依據國內常見校舍與建築柱尺寸,設計剪力強度不足且無韌性配筋試體進行補強試驗,試驗方式為對試體反覆加載使之承受雙曲率彎矩並同時對試體施加軸向力。試驗結果顯示採用本文提出碳纖維包覆搭配碳纖維錨栓之補強試體,除提升試體剪力強度外,對於韌性容量與消能能力皆有所提升,並延緩碳纖維破壞發生時間。

External confinement by the wrapping of CFRP jacketing provides an effective method for the seismic retrofit on reinforced concrete members. Research results over the path year proved evidence that RC columns with square cross-sections retrofitted using CFRP wrapping or jacketing was not effective for ductility due to the brittle breakage on square corner zone and the bulging on the column face at the plastic hinge location. Therefore, this study proposes a new technique of CFRP wrapping combined with CFRP anchors. In this experimental study, a total of six full-scale specimens were tested by cyclic lateral force and constant axial loadings. Test results indicated that comparing to test conducted on the specimen wrapping CFRP alone, the anchoring technique significantly improved the column behaviors of confinements on rectangular columns and increase the ductility as well as the ability of energy dissipations. Based on the test results, the new technique is applicable for design recommendations.
