摘要

如何選擇各區域之轉運機場以達到全球快速運送及降低成本，始終是國際快遞業者經營管理重要課題。本研究以最小化飛行成本、貨物處理成本和存貨成本為目標，作為業者選擇區域轉運機場之基礎。為驗證模式之可行性及應用方式，本研究以FedEx2008年營運資料為實例分析，結果顯示亞太地區最具成本效益之區域轉運機場為大陸北京機場，其次依序為臺灣桃園機場、韓國仁川機場、香港赤臘角國際機場、新加坡樟宜機場及日本成田機場。最後藉由敏感度分析可探討燃油價格改變時，各機場各項成本之變動情形，供業者隨環境變動選擇最適區域轉運機場。

Selecting transshipment airports in various regions to achieve global express delivery and reduce cost is an essential issue for express delivery operators. This study provides a reference model for operators in their selection of regional transshipment airports with the objectives of minimizing costs of flight, cargo handling, and inventory. To verify the feasibility and application methods of the proposed model, this study conducts an empirical analysis of the operational data of FedEx in 2008. The results indicate that the Beijing Capital International Airport in China is the most cost-effective regional transshipment airport in the Asia-Pacific region. Finally, this study discusses the fluctuation of various airport costs in relation to the changing fuel prices via a sensitivity analysis, offering the operators a guide in selecting the optimal regional transshipment airports according to environment turbulence.
