應用UAV量化台東金崙溪河川型態演變及致災特性

摘要


近年來,臺灣山區極端降雨事件頻傳,導致河床淤積或下切的變化頻率加劇,故常見短時距河川型態演變,本文使用UAV搭載高解析度的數位相機,配合電腦視覺技術進而快速組建高解析度的台東金崙溪河川現況三維地形,除分析莫拉克颱風前至今造成的河川高程變化量外,並藉由金崙溪下游河段河床沖蝕面之地形特徵,分析莫拉克颱風後河川之相對沖蝕歷程,以瞭解進其河床演變及其致災特性,以供相關單位在河川治理規劃時之參考。

In recent years, an increase in frequency of extreme rainfall events in the mountains of Taiwan has led to a high intensity deposition or erosion of riverbed and rapid evolution of river morphology on the island. Therefore, this study combines the use of UAV equipped with high-resolution digital camera with Computer Vision Technology to quickly establish a high-resolution Digital Terrain Model (DTM) of Jinlun Creek, Taitung. The results of this DTM can be used to analyze the elevation change of riverbed since Typhoon Morakot in 2009. Furthermore, we have established profiles of cross sections of Jinlun Creek's downstream with the DTM data to obtain the relative erosion history, which can be used as a reference when analyzing the hazard characteristics and planning for future river management projects.
