酸雨侵蝕的普通磚砌體受壓損傷本構模型研究

DAMAGE MODEL FOR BRICK MASONRY CORRODED BY ACID RAIN UNDER UNIAXIAL COMPRESSION

摘要


為了研究酸雨環境下磚砌體本構關係的劣化規律,基於損傷力學理論和應變等價原理,將酸雨腐蝕迴圈作用後軸心受壓磚砌體的損傷等效為腐蝕損傷和單軸受壓損傷的非線性耦合,並分別推導出兩個損傷的演化方程,得到了腐蝕迴圈下軸心受壓磚砌體的總損傷演化方程,進而獲得酸雨腐蝕後軸心受壓磚砌體的損傷本構模型。通過實驗室加速腐蝕方法類比酸雨大氣環境,得到不同腐蝕迴圈次數下磚砌體的抗壓強度、彈性模量和應力-應變曲線。研究表明:本文建立的損傷本構模型能較好地擬合試驗結果;隨著腐蝕次數的增加,應力-應變關係斜率逐漸減小,彈性模量逐漸降低,抗壓強度呈先升後降的趨勢。經300次酸雨腐蝕,抗壓強度下降29%,彈性模量下降42%。

In order to study the deteriorating law of the brick masonry constitutive relation under the acid rain environment, based on damage mechanics and strain equivalence, the damage of (brick) masonry under corrosion cycles and axial compression was discussed in terms of the nonlinear coupling of corrosion damage and axial compression damage. Then the evolution equations for two damage were deduced. The evolution equation for the damage of masonry under corrosion cycles and axial compression was deduced. Furthermore, the damage constitute model of masonry under corrosion cycles and axial compression was put forward. Accelerated corrosion tests were executed on brick masonry, compressive strength, elastic modulus and stress-strain curve of brick masonry under different corrosion cycle times were got. It is indicated that the damage constitutive model of brick masonry under acid rain environment and axial compression is in good agreement with experimental data. The slope of stress-strain curve and elastic modulus gradually decreased with the increase of corrosion cycles, meanwhile, the compressive strength become first rise then decline。Through 300 corrosion cycles, the compressive strength decline 29%, the elastic modulus decline 42%.
