整合即時定位系統與建築訊模型技術於施工人員墜落風險即時防護模式之研究

AN INTEGRATED FALL-PROTECTION MODEL BASED ON REAL-TIME LOCATING SYSTEM AND BIM

摘要


過去有關建築資訊模型(BIM)技術於營建勞安墜落防治之應用,大多僅止於營建規劃階段墜落風險之辨識,尚無法對施工現場勞工的墜落風險進行即時管控,使BIM技術對於改善營建勞安之效益受到極大的限制。本研究改進傳統以建築資訊模型為基礎之墜落安全檢查法則庫系統(BIM-FSCRS)之缺點,並結合即時定位系統(RTLS)所提供之人員即時資訊,提出一套整合即時定位系統與建築資訊模型技術之施工人員墜落風險防護模式(IFM-RB),以做為工地現場勞工安全即時控管之工具。經由測試結果,本文所提出之IFM-RB模式確實具有監控建築專案施工階段墜落風險預警之潛在價值。

Previous research on the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in fall protection of construction laborers was limited to the identification of fall risks during the construction planning stage. Rare work was found on the control of real-time on-site risk for the construction workers. It has significantly limited the benefit of BIM in improving the construction safety. This paper presents an Integrated Fall-protection Model based on a Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) and BIM, namely IFM-RB, which improves the drawbacks of traditional BIM-based fall safety checking rule-based system (BIM- SCRS) to assist the construction site engineers and managers in better management of the laborer’s safety on site. It is found from the testing results that the proposed IFM-RB is able to identify the real-time fall risk scenarios of construction workers and inform the site managers so that the laborer’s safety can be better protected. It is concluded that the proposed IFM-RB poses promising potential to improve the traditional BIM-FSCRS in real-time management of construction safety.
