APPLYING BIM AND LASER SCANNING TO CONSTRUCTION QUAILTY MANAGEMENT

摘要


隨著量測技術之極速進展,目前3D雷射掃描技術已廣泛應用點雲方式,呈現快速掃描所獲取之三維數據,若進一步和原有BIM模式整合,將可以有效的提高工程品質與相關決策的積極性與準確性。本研究實證分析利用雷射掃瞄產生點雲模型,再與BIM彙整做為工程品質查核之應用,同時結合IDEF0提出流程導向之品質管理系統之建議與個案經驗學習與回饋,研究結果可提供本地營建業目前最新量測技術水平下之品質管控能力與限制之現況參考,未來並可供企業品管系統提升與創新之決策依據。

With the rapid development of measurement technology, the current 3D laser scanning technology has widely applied the point cloud method to present the 3D data obtained by the fast scanning. If it is further integrated with the original BIM model, it will effectively improve the related engineering decisions and accuracyin construction quality management. The empirical analysis of this study uses the laser scanning to generate the point cloud model, and then integrates with BIM as the application of engineering quality checking. Furthermore, this study combines IDEF0 methodology to propose the process-oriented quality management framework for reference. Lessons learned from this case and feedback can be provided to localconstruction industry to enhance the current status of quality control operation under taking the latest measurement technology, and the decision-making for innovation of the enterprise quality management system in the future.
