公共工程專案應用BIM技術時選擇BIM應用之模式

A SELECTION MODEL OF BIM USES FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

摘要


近年來BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術已受到世界各國政府重視並積極推動,然而公共工程的業主該如何針對專案選擇合適的BIM應用(BIM Uses),為日後成功導入BIM技術的重要前提。儘管國內外目前已有多種BIM應用可供業主選用,但缺乏系統性的方法供依循,以至於許多業主經常盲目選擇,造成專案應用BIM技術之效益有限。為解決選擇BIM應用之問題,本研究建構一個評估選用BIM應用之模式,主要的步驟包含:選擇應用的專案生命週期階段、決定應用之目標、決定專案交付的成果。透過專家問卷及案例驗證後,本研究所提出適用於國內公共工程BIM應用評估選用模式,將能提供給對於應用BIM技術尚未成熟的單位參考使用。

Recently, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has attracted much attention in different countries globally. Many countries actively promote its applications in public construction projects. For clients in public construction projects, selecting appropriate BIM uses is the prerequisite for successful BIM implementation. There are many BIM uses for consideration when a client wants to adopt BIM technology. However, many clients adopt BIM technology blindly because of lacking a systematic selection mechanism. Inappropriate BIM uses usually result in limited BIM benefits. To solve the problem, this study develops a selection model to assist in selecting appropriate BIM uses for public construction projects. The model mainly consists of determining the implementation stage in a project's life cycle, determining the objectives of BIM implementation and selecting project deliverables. Through the validation of domain experts' survey and case examination, the developed BIM uses selection model is helpful for the client who is immature in BIM application.
