中高樓層建築耐震性能與易損性曲線探討

A STUDY FOR THE SEISMIC PERFORMANCE AND FRAGILITY CURVE OF A MID-RISE BUILDING

摘要


本文以一棟混凝土工程設計規範土木404-100的設計示範結構,以增量式動力分析(IDA)探討此十層樓新建建築的耐震性能,並進一步由IDA分析結果建立示範結構的易損性曲線,檢視在評估所得之性能目標地震作用下,其設定的性能目標是否滿足。易損性分析的結果顯示對於十層樓新建設計結構,容量震譜法的耐震評估運用於較小週期的X方向韌性抗彎構架與剪力牆的二元系統,屬於保守的評估結果;但運用於較大週期的Y方向韌性抗彎構架,屬於不保守的評估結果;IDA結合易損性分析雖然需要大量的非線性動力分析計算時間,但作為檢視特定層級地震的結構耐震性能表現,不失為一有效的工具。

In this paper, a design example structure of civil 404-100 is used as the sample structure to study the seismic performance of this new ten-story building with the incremental dynamic analysis (IDA). Through the analysis results of IDA, the fragility curves of the sample structure can be built to check whether the performance target is satisfied under the estimated performance target earthquake. The results of fragility analyses show that for the new design ten-story structure, the seismic evaluation based on the capacity spectrum method obtained a conservative result as it applied to the X-direction frame-shear-wall binary system with smaller period; but it got an unconservative evaluation result as it applied to the Y-direction ductile moment resisting frame with larger period; IDA combined with fragility analysis requires a large amount of nonlinear dynamic analysis calculation time, but it is an effective tool for examining the seismic performance of structures with specific level earthquakes.
