摘要


本研究應用一種整體益損評估法,以台州盆地之二個坡地社區~平等里及萬芳社區~爲樣區作實地的評估;經分析經濟、社會、心理、及美感各方面共43項增益及損費價值後,獲得以下結論: 1.經濟:特別是對貨幣單位方面的評價最易了解,證實以貨幣單位損費與增益作爲評估基礎的效力。 2.將問卷答案分級來量化非貨幣及不可計量的價值,作爲一種非參數統計方法,對評價坡地開發的適宜性有用。 3.追遡資本流通的方向,有助評價益損關係的平衡及其衍生的相關影響。

This study applies an integrated cost and benefit evaluation method on two slopeland communities. The evaluation matrix encompasses economic social, psychological and aesthetic values. The analyses result in 43 items of costs and benefits and draws conclusions as: 1. Assessment in economic, especially monetary term are most convincing, testifyinng the validity of cost benefit comparison in monetary terms as a basis for evaluation 2. Ranking of responses in questionnaire as a non-parametric method for quantification of non non-monetary, non measurable values proves useful in assessing the suitability of development on slope land. 3. Tracing the capital flow helps to assess the balance of cost and benefit relationship and its resulting correlated influence.
