市民運動與都市設計：高雄的個案
Citizen Movements and Urban Design°G-The Case of Kaoshiung
摘要
本文由「高雄都會區的都市危機：一個市民的體驗報告」與「市民運動與都市設計」兩個部份所組成。前者以一市民的角度，表達出他對高雄都市問題的親身感受。後者，則以完全不同的文字討論台灣都市危機造成的價值上的改變與都市社會運動崛起的脈絡，以及，以高雄的市民運動為前提，討論高雄市政府有意推動的都市設計制度的方向與原則。

This article consists of two parts: 1. urban crisis in Kaoshiung metropolitan area - a citizen's report, 2. citizen movements and urban design. The former, through a citizen's observation, is a feeling of the urban questions on Kaoshiung. Using totally different terms, the latter is a discussion of the changing values on urban crisis and the context of the rise of urban social movements in Taiwan. Finally, considering the citizen movement in Kaoshiung as a premise, the directions and principles of the urban design system are proposed.
