田口實驗設計於低碳鋼熱浸純鋁之應用

The Application of Hot Dipping Commercial Pure Aluminum onto Low Carbon Steel

摘要


本研究以田口實驗計劃法針對熱浸時間、熱浸溫度、試片移出鋁湯速度及試片表面粗糙度等進行實驗規劃,以期對本系統之鍍鋁研究有一綜合性的結果。實驗結果顯示對合金化層厚度而言,「熱浸溫度」爲顯著因子,其次是「熱浸時間」;對外表鋁鍍層厚度而言,顯著因子爲「熱浸時間」,至於試片移出鋁湯速度及試片表面粗糙度在本研究的操作條件下對合金化層厚度及外表鋁鍍層厚度的影響極微。

Taguchi Method was applied to explore aluminum hot dipping onto low carbon steel. Four hot dipping parameters (i.e. operating temperature, time, speed and surface roughness) were concerned. The results indicated that the hot dipping temperature and time are the dominant parameters of the aluminized layer thickness. Besides, the hot dipping time is the dominant parameter of the thickness of external aluminum layer on specimens also. However, the dipping speed and the surface roughness of specimens are not important parameters.
