石墨陽極的腐蝕性能研究

The Corrosion Phenomena Research of Graphite Electrode

摘要


本實驗使用DPG (Dissolution Precipitation Graphite)製程製備人工石墨,分別經過氫氟酸及氫氯酸處理過後而製作而成的鋰離子二次電池陽極材料,探討在經過不同濃度的酸洗之後,對碳負極材料產成的腐蝕情形。利用循環伏安法量測其氧化還原之行為,並求取其中氧化峰方向與還原峰方向的鐵弗斜率,經由電化學循環伏安法所得結果求取腐蝕電流密度與酸濃度之間的關係,比較氫氟酸與氫氯酸兩種系統下的不同,發現兩者之間有一氯離子與氟離子特異吸著(specific adsorption)現象的差異。

The conception of experiments is to find the different corrosion behaviors between hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acid rinsed artificial graphite (DPG) as anode material in lithium ion secondary battery. The electrochemical results such like Tafel slope were confirmed by cyclic voltammetry. According to the corrosion current density analyzed from the results of cyclic voltammetry, there is a distinction between two different systems and suggested by the specific adsorption between fluorine ion and chloride ion.
