石化設備之熱交換器現場檢測

Field Inspection of Heat Exchangers in Petrochemical Factories

摘要


熱交換器在石化設備中佔了極大之比例,對於石化廠運轉之順暢有很大之影響,為使設備能運作順暢,法規規定石化廠必須於兩年內進行一次設備之歲修檢測。由於歲修時間很短,結合非破壞檢測與腐蝕檢測兩種方法,將可以提供設備劣化現況及腐蝕傾向的參考資料。中鋼檢測團隊以DER方式對設備劣化狀況區分等級,並分析其腐蝕原因,提供改善建議,以供業主進行設備維護之參考。其中,非破壞檢測技術採用PT、UT、渦電流及內視鏡等方式,進行設備現況缺陷或裂縫之檢查;腐蝕檢測主要以目視檢查與腐蝕生成物或沉積物取樣分析為主,來進行設備腐蝕現況及腐蝕原因之判斷,並針對常見的腐蝕劣化情形,整理出各種石化設備熱交換器腐蝕劣化型態。

In petrochemical factories, heat exchangers are usually in a large proportion of equipments. They will affect the smooth running of petrochemical processes. For the safety, the law stipulates the petrochemical factories must do equipments maintenance within two years. However during such short maintenance time, it's a problem to obtain the exact and useful information of the equipments' conditions for maintenance. Integration of the NDT inspective methods and corrosion investigation methods. CSC examining team can achieve the goal and check out the equipments' conditions at present and their corrosive tendency or causes. According to the examined equipments' deteriorative situations, the team classifies the equipments into some ranks with DER methods, and analyzes the corrosive samples to find the causes of the corrosion. Finally, the team also provide improving recommendations for the proprietor to do the maintenance. Among the NDT methods used to inspect heat exchangers' flaws and crack, there are PT UT Eddy current test and laparoscope inspection. On the other hand, the corrosion investigative methods include visual inspection and samples analysis of corrosion production or deposits. In this paper, we also show some typical types of corrosion and damage of heat exchangers after many times of field investigations.
