摘要


本研究主要在探討Ti-15V-3Al-3Sn-3Cr(簡稱Ti-15-3)合金在700~900℃不同氧分壓(Po2=0.01~1atm)的氧化行爲。研究結果顯示,Ti-15-3合金在0.21及1atm氧分壓下的氧化動力學皆遵守直線律,但在0.01atm氧分壓下卻遵守拋物線律。整體而言,Ti-15-3合金的氧化速率伴隨著溫度的上升而加快。而合金氧化後主要生成TiO2,並有少量Al2O3及V2O5生成;此外,合金在700℃之0.21及1atm氧分壓下氧化後有明顯的AlVO4生成。

The high-temperature oxidation behavior of Ti-15V-3Al-3Sn-3Cr (Ti-15-3) alloys was studied over the temperature range of 700~900℃ in various O2-containing atmospheres (Po2=0.01~1atm). The results showed that the oxidation kinetics of the Ti-15-3 alloy at Po2s of 0.21 and 1atm followed the linear-rate law, while the parabo1ic-rate 1aw was observed at a Po2 of 0.01atm. The oxidation rate constants of the alloy gradual1y increased with increasing temperature. The scales formed on the alloy consisted mostly of TiO2 and minor amounts of Al2O3 and V2O5. In addition, the AlVO4 phase was detected at 700℃ and Po2s of 0.21 and 1atm.
