This is a review of principal feature of the global climate during last year (1991).The records concerning with the world wide climates are mainly come from:1)The facsimile of JMH from Japan Meteorolgical Agency.2)The synoptic weather charts from Central Weather Bureau.3)The mass media printed in papers.In the year of 1992, There were quite a few natural disasters in the world. Besides the severe flood with which about 200 people were killed in Kiangsi, Kwangtung and Hunan in South China; drought in southern Philippins, Micronesia, Northern Australia, and Southern Africa; severe high temperature in the West but heavy rain in the Sorth of United States; and severe heavy rain in Peru and Ecuador, were also typical cases. Such an abnormal climatic condition reflected the being of El Niño event.
