Hydrops fetalis implies excessive fluid accimulation the extravascular spasce and the body cavities of the fetus, leading to subcutaneous edema, ascites and pleural and pericardial effusion. Hydrops fetalis is divided into isoimmune and nonimmune hydrops. The formation of nonimmune hydrops bave been attributed to many causes, but now, the incidence of idiopathic hydeops is decrtased. The prognosis of nonimmune hydrops is poor, and the perinatal mortality rate is about 75 to 90 percent. Hydramnios is defined as the amount of amniotic fluid more than 2,000 ml, or the depth of amniotic flyid larger than 8 cm by sonographic examination. Hydrops fetalis may be not comtined with hydramnios. We present a case of idiopathic hydrops fatalis com-bined with hydramnios, and the conditions of the mother and the baby are well delivery.
