木質建材之甲醛及VOC逸散測試方法CNS化之研究

Research on the Test Method of the Formaldehyde and VOCs Emitting from Wood Building Material Conversion to CNS Standards

摘要


爲提昇國內室內環境品質,內政部建築研究所業於90年度研擬完成室內建材揮發性有機逸散物檢測標準試驗方法(MOIS9010140),並進行多年研究應用階段以建材分類爲系統,逐年建立建材甲醛及揮發性有機化合物逸散資料庫,目前此試驗方法爲多數業界遵循,因應國際化趨勢,相關量測方法規定及條件作適當修訂或增修,本研究主要目的爲針對木質建材中甲醛及VOCs測試之相關ISO標準進行研究,據以提出符合國際化與本土化需求之量測與評估方法,提供CNS相關標準修訂參考,並據以提出建議CNS與ISO之國際化標準接軌。 本研究之研究方法透過文獻分析法、比較分析法,針對不同之標準方法進行探討標準之差異性比對。本研究主要具體收集有關木質建材甲醛及VOC逸散測試標準並詳加彙整分析,其主要研析國際ISO標準中相關「建材揮發性有機物質試驗標準」,包括:ISO-16000-3、ISO-16000-6及ISO-16000-9等部分標準。並執行木質建材甲醛及VOCs檢測ISO國際標準與國內現行檢測標準之差異性探討,及ISO標準CNS化之可行性研析與建議。 本研究發現:(一)ISO 16000-3標準甲醛主動採樣方式能夠更有效、更精確的採集低濃度甲醛。(二)ISO國際標準CNS化,提出建材揮發性有機物質試驗標準之可行性分析,協助建立與國際接軌的CNS標準,其試驗數據將可獲得國際認可,有助國家實驗室加入國際性組織。 根據研究結果顯示,本研究針對木質建材甲醛及VOC逸散測試方法ISO標準CNS化之研究,建議將建材逸散之相關國際標準轉成符合我國使用之CNS國家標準。並建議我國相關檢測單位及試驗機關加入國際ISO標準,以提升檢測品質與國際化,並與國際上各實驗室檢測結果進行比對與資訊交流。

To promote the indoor air quality, the standard test method's study to establish a standard of test method and procedure to the VOC emitted from interior materials' which are completed by Architecture and Building Research Institute (ABRI). The standard test method is used for many laboratory, but to international trend. This study is research on the present test methods and the ISO standards, according to the research to expedite the test methods and to conform to international.. The feasibility research will be carried out in order to promote improve the capability of the test lab and get involved with the trends of the advanced countries, which will be the references to ”Lab Certification” and ”Judgments on Labeling” in advance. The main subjects of this study are as follows A. Sorting the ISO standards relating to the determination of the HCHO/TVOC emitted from building materials. B. Differences between the present test methods and the ISO standards. C. The feasibility study on adapting to the ISO Standards for CNS. D. Test the Healthy Green Building Materials with ISO standards The standard of ISO 16000-3, the testing method is more effectively and accurately to sampling the low concentration of formaldehyde. Secondly, the ISO standards to convert CNS, advance the viability of the VOCs testing standard from building materials, and make the standard link with international.
