土壤液化敏感區土地開發適宜性之研究

Study of Land Development Suitability for Soil Liquefied Sensitive Area

摘要


本研究首先以土層中影響液化潛勢之各項因子加入現地環境及外力等影響因素,運用倒傳遞類神經網路與微分區之劃設,推估彰化縣員林地區之液化潛勢分區,運用921地震中所蒐集員林地區之現地鑽孔點位資料作運算,加以訓練與測試,結果顯示所得液化潛勢推估具有95%的成功率,並且,結合液化潛勢與土地開發適宜性等級之推估結果,配合法令與實際上地使用狀況、交通狀況等條件,提出建議住商用地之開發適合度等級。另外,於土地利用方面,亦建立地區之土地利用發展潛力與限制評估。本研究所建構之整體開發等級劃分,當可應用於實際土地開發前之評估參考之用,既可省時且有方向地做進一步的分析工作。

In this study, the on-Site environmental and external influential elements are added to the potential factors of soil liquefaction, and neural network propagation and microzonation partitioning are then applied to estimate partitions of liquefaction potential regions in Yuanlin and Changhua Counties, followed by calculation on data collected from the on-site 921 earthquake land drilling points in Yuanlin County, for training and testing. The results show that liquefaction potentiality has a 95% success rate. Furthermore, liquefaction potential and land development suitability are combined for rating, and in accordance with the legal regulations as well as the actual land use conditions and traffic conditions, classification on commercial-inhabitation composite land development suitability is proposed. In terms of land utilization, assessments on regional land development potential and limit are also established. The classification on overall land development established by this study can be taken as a reference by land development evaluation, helping to save time for other detailed analyses based on this classification scheme.
