RC與加強磚造建築物震後緊急震害分級基準之驗證研究

Validation of a Rapid Damage Evaluation Procedure for RC and Confined Masonry Buildings after Earthquake

摘要


在震害資料建置過程中,常因使用不一致的震害程度判定標準,或不同調查者主觀判定差異而造成誤差。本文針對RC與加強磚造建築物,建議一套新研擬之震害分級判定基準,此基準綜合了整體判定式與詳細判定式流程的優點,以能夠迅速、正確、客觀地於震後進行緊急震害分級為目標。為驗證此基準之客觀性與對中等程度震害等級的辨識能力,本研究邀請建築及結構相關專業人員,對六棟受損程度不等的RC與加強磚造建築物案例進行震害判定問卷。透過表格判定震害等級與主觀判定震害等級之比較,探討本文震害分級基準是否合理可行。分析結果發現,使用照片而非現場勘查進行震害分級仍容易造成評估者的誤判,但若依照實際震害情況填答,本文震害分級基準確能減少主觀判定震害等級時可能出現的分歧,且較偏保守。

An earthquake damage evaluation procedure for low-rise RC and confined masonry buildings is proposed. It is aimed to define the damage states with objective and clear languages, so that the error caused by subjective judgment can be reduced. In order to study the accuracy of the procedure and verify its capability of distinguishing the medium damage states, questionnaires to professionals were used in this research. From the comparison between the form-determined and the subjectively judged damage states, it was found that misjudgments still happened because the evaluation was made with pictures but not in-situ investigation. However, if the evaluation is made according to the true damage condition, the procedure can produce more accurate and conservative result than subjective judgment.
