住商混合區燈箱式廣告招牌光侵擾之研究-以台灣六商店街為例

A Study on Light Trespass from Advertising Signs in Mixed Residential Commercial District-The Case of Six Commercial Streets in Taiwan

摘要


由於都市商業逐漸發展,住商環境兩者間的分野日趨模糊。廣告照明林立於住宅環境中,這些光線對住戶起居生活造成危害。為探討廣告照明對住宅環境光侵擾的情形,本研究以台灣知名住商混合道路做為調查對象,測量非營業樓層建築立面照度並評估光侵擾情形。實測結果顯示住商混合環境的確存在光侵擾問題,且其立面照度超出國際照明委員會(CIE)限制值5~10 lx,街道之營業樓層數愈多立面照度愈高,廣告招牌架設數量超過兩面將使建築立面照度增加141x產生光侵擾。建議廣告照明設計規劃階段應考量光侵擾議題,控制廣告照明對建築立面開口之照射角度與光強,降低該區域居住環境受光侵擾的危害。

Due to the improvement of commercial activities in urban areas, the distinction between residential and commercial are messed. The amount of advertisement lightings set in residential environment cause harm to the daily life of nearby residents. In order to explore the problem of light trespass by light-box advertisements, this study selected streets in Mixed Residential/Commercial Districts in Taiwan. The results show that all streets suffered light trespass, especially on the vertical plan of the second and third floors, more than the CIE illumination limit of 5~10 lx. When advertisement light boxes are set on both sides on the building facade, the elevation illumination increases to 14 lx. In summary, this study recommend controlling the signs lighting on the building facade openings, to reduce the harm done by light trespass to the living environment of the region.
