Renal artery aneurysm (RAA) is a rare disease. Most cases are silent, although some may produce symptoms such as hematuria (gross or microscopic), pain, hypovolemic shock, hypertension, and rupture of the RAA in pregnancy, RAA has traditionally been treated by open surgery. Currently, endovascular embolization ias an alternative way to treat the disease. Herein, we report on 3 cases of RAA effectively treated by endovascular embolization.
