摘要


本研究係以逆向工程的概念,藉由光學掃描器將二維圖形輸入電腦,利用影像處理技術擷取圖形之中軸或是輪廓等特徵線,此等特徵線可以產生精細雕刻業執行NC刀具之加工路徑、亦可提供紡織業者精細刺繡等之用。研究內容主要是結合影像處理技術,對影像清晰化的前置處理和圖線綴合的參數化及最佳化,提出一可行的演算法,並建立一套適合精細雕刻業者以及紡織業者操作的特徵線彈性綴合操作系統。經實作結果驗證,本研究所開發之系統能方便快速的產生令人相當滿意的效果。

This paper proposes a method for extracting and fitting the feature lines of a 2D graph. By using the image processing techniques, we extract the feature lines from the 2D image inputted from the scanner. Then we devise a set of flexible line fitting algorithms to represent the extracted feature lines for NC path generation. The feature lines include medial axis lines and contour lines. To obtain satisfying results, we also devise a set of morphological algorithms for image preprocessing and interactive algorithms for image editing and parameters setting. Thus the developed system can serve flexible requirements for the industry of computer aided fine sculpturing. Simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
