摘要

新產品的開發關係到一個公司的興衰，但其開發的程序十分耗時費事，企業往往由於各個部門協調不佳，經常支出過多的資源從事於產品的發展，卻徒勞無功。本研究針對企業的產品開發，提出一個以決策者的偏好（效用）為基礎，以產品品質為重點，架構在群體決策上的協商支援系統雛形。所利用的效用函數，除了能呈現決策者的偏好（效用）之外，更能表現出產品品質的特性。同時藉著遺傳演算法，得以找出群體的共識解集合，試圖在決策群體偏好的範圍內進行分析，提供給決策群體參考。此外，當決策群體的意見不一致時，期望系統能提供給決策群體協商的輔助，加速共識的達成，以加快產品開發決策的制定，縮短產品開發的時間，提昇企業的競爭力。

The current changing market trends have made enterprises enthusiastically pursue the innovation of their products or services. Due to the short life cycle of products and the changing preferences of customers, an enterprise needs to dynamically utilize its resources so as to deliver the new products or services in time to meet the market trends. For the complex process of a new product development, this paper proposes a prototype of the negotiation support system that assists decision makers of an enterprise in coordinating with each other, and finally reaching the solutions. A genetic algorithm (GA) is used to develop the searching algorithm, and to generate all possible candidate solutions for the evaluation process performed by the decision makers. With the aid of the solution sets, the decision makers may choose the most suitable solution based on current business scenario and demands. Alternatively, if the decision makers do not reach a consensus, the system can assist decision makers in providing a negotiation mechanism to reach their consensus. Consequently, it speeds up the decision making process in new product development so as to shorten the product development time and enhance the competitive capability of the enterprises.
