石墨烯奈米片/聚丙烯複合材料板表面特性研究

The Surface Characteristics of Graphene Nanosheets/Polypropylene Composite Plates

摘要


由於近年來石墨烯研究的蓬勃發展,將石墨烯用於補強高分子基奈米複合材料已成為目前研究的趨勢。石墨烯根據不同尺寸、型態和製程可分為許多不同的種類,本實驗所使用的石墨烯奈米片即為其中的一種。本實驗將石墨烯奈米片包覆至聚丙烯母粒表面,使用熱壓製程製備複合材料板,探討不同添加量的石墨烯奈米片對其複合材料板表面性質的影響。實驗結果顯示,石墨烯奈米片的添加確實能有效大幅提升石墨烯奈米片/聚丙烯複合材料板的表面吸熱與散熱性能。

Since the excellent development and accomplishment of graphene fields by many researchers in recent years, the reinforcement of polymer-based nanocomposites by addition graphene which have a great potential in many applications. According to different size, shape and produce processing, there are various kinds of graphene have been discovered. In this study, we use the one kinds of graphene, which is call graphene nanosheets (GNS). We encapsulated numerous graphene nanosheets on the surface of polypropylene pellets and then manufactured graphene nanosheets/ polypropylene composite plates by hot press molding. We investigated the effect of surface characteristics of various additions of graphene nanosheets on graphene nanosheets/polypropylene composite plates. Result shows, the both of heat absorption and heat dissipation of the graphene nanosheets/polypropylene composite plates are improve significantly by addition of graphene nanosheets.
