合成大面積與高品質石墨烯薄膜的近期技術

The Synthesis Technology for Large-area and High Quality of Graphene Film

摘要


石墨烯(graphene)為碳原子以共價鍵結形成之蜂巢狀結構的單原子層(0.34nm)材料。自2004年由英國曼徹斯特大學A. K. Geim與K. S. Novoselov成功剝離出來後,其優異的材料性質如高載子遷移率、半整數量子霍爾效應、高導電性、高光穿透性及良好的導熱等性質也隨之被驗證。之後對其特性的探討與不同應用領域,如雨後春筍般的發表,可以說是開啟了二維材料的新契機。而要將石墨烯推廣至實際的產業應用,仍然需要克服多個瓶頸,這包含低成本、高品質、大面積合成與轉印等技術。本文將介紹利用化學氣相沉積法(Chemical Vapor Deposition)製備大範圍、高結晶之均勻石墨烯薄膜的技術及其目前發展的近況。

Graphene is single atomic layer carbon atom with hexagonal structure. 2004, A. K. Geim and K. S. Novoselov first discovered graphene by exfoliating graphite with scotch tape. After that, the tremendous properties of graphene such as high carrier mobility, thermal conductivity and high transparent were reported. For the particle applications, it requires to overcome many issues, including high crystalline with large area and cost effective production as well as the reliable transfer process. In this article, we review the recent progress on the synthesis of high quality and large area graphene film by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) approach.
