摘要

在ISO9001:2001中提到關於不符合產品之管制的一種方法是以特採方式經由相關權責人員及顧客之核准，授權使用、放行或允收。特採乃是允許使用或放行不符合規定要求之產品之交貨，在所協議的時間或該產品數量之特定限制下進行。本文主要的目的是以廠商作為案例來說明特採的類型、使用時機、流程和活動。

One way mentioned in ISO 9001:2001 to deal with nonconforming product is by authorizing its use, release or acceptance under concession by a relevant authority and, where applicable, by the customer. Concession is defined as permission to use or release a product that does not conform to specified requirements, which is generally limited to the delivery of a product that has nonconforming within specified limits for an agreed time or quantity of that product. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate (1) the categories, (2) timing of use-ness, and (3) process and activity of concession for an company.
