建立企業績效管理系統的探索

Study of Establishment an Enterprise Performance Management System

摘要


企業績效管理的意涵;一套有系統的管理活動過程,用來建立組織與個人對目標以及如何達成目標的共識提升整體組織的效能與實踐組織策略。本文將介紹企業績效管理系統建置的六個關鍵步驟;(一)界定組織使命願景、策略與目標(二)整合績效量測系統(三)職能與責任工作環境條件塑造(四)建立適用的資料管理系統(五)績效分析與報告(六)建立持續改進的管理機制。組織也必須定期審查、持續改進此績效管理體系,踏實執行創造核心價值滿意顧客。

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and describe an Enterprise performance management system. Performance management is a systematic process management activities approach to promotion overall organization's potency and the practice organization strategy. The paper has six man parts to establishing a performance enterprise management system: Step1: Define organization miss and strategic performance objectives. Step2: Establish an integrated performance measurement. Step3: Establish accountability for performance. Step4: Establish a process/system for collecting performance data Step5: Establish a process/system for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting performance. Step 6: Establish a process/system for using performance information to drive improve. The organization shall develop & document a continuous improvement process and conduct periodic Management review of the system, Step-by step implement the performance management system create core value to customer satisfactory.
