With the dictates of the green law, quick response and decreasing unnecessary goods kept in stock had become the main ways to obtain the competitive advantage. And fore enterprises, the evolvement of Supply Chain Management(SCM) is the substantial route to achieve quick response and lowering unnecessary goods on hand. The main purpose of Postponement Strategy is to offer a low-cost, high-efficient and quick response competitive advantage by the united operational method and the harmonious management concept for the whole supply segments.
