摘要

學校學習社群是近年學校教育改革過程中，逐漸受到重視的一項議題。其目的在提供一個學習的環境和機制，促進個人的成長和組織的發展。為探討學校學習社群的發展，本文首先分析學習社群的意義；其次，說明學習社群的建立與發展；再者，指出學習社群的運作策略，其內容包括：一、透過團隊工作的方式；二、採取分享的領導作法；三、運用同儕視導的模式；四、利用合作學習的方法；五、製作專業的檔案夾；六、擬定相關的配套措施。最後，闡釋學習社群建立與發展的過程中，其所可能面臨的挑戰。這些挑戰包括：學校領導者所給予的奧援、教師專業成長需求的滿足、教與學為核心的目標定位、以及社群與學校文化的相容性。

Learning communities in school becomes an increasingly valued issue in the process of school reforms. The goal of learning communities is to provide a learning environment and mechanism promoting personal growth and the development of organization. To explore the development of learning communities, the paper firstly aims to analyze the essence of learning communities. Secondly, to explain the building and development of learning communities. Furthermore, to point out the strategies for running a learning community. These strategies include: (1) adopting collaborative activities and strategies for professional development; (2) taking measures with shared leadership; (3) exercising peer coaching model; (4) taking good advantage of cooperative learning; (5) developing a professional portfolio; (6) mapping out matched plans. Finally, to interpret some possible challenges about the building and development of learning communities. These challenges are related to the support from schools' leaders, the satisfaction of needs for professional development, the setting of central goals on teaching and learning, and the compatibility of culture between learning communities and schools.
