教師行動研究是近年學校革新運動中,頗受倡導的專業發展活動,其運用已普遍受到各級學校教師的重視。為了瞭解當前教師行動研究所存在的問題,本文採取個案研究的方式,選擇一所實施行動研究,已有多年經驗的國民小學作為對象,運用觀察、深度訪談、文件分析等方法進行資料的蒐集和探究。研究結果指出,行動研究於宣導與推動、規劃與實施、挑戰與發展階段面臨的問題包括:一、行動研究的理念和精神未受認同;二、行動研究的問題偏向工具性;三、反省對話的機制不盡完善;四、教師行動研究的基本能力略顯不足;五、合作信任的夥伴關係仍待強化。至於學校用來增進行動研究成效的策略則包括:一、強化行動研究理念的宣導;二、建立行動研究運作的機制;三、鼓勵行動研究成員的合作和交流;四、導入外部學者專家的諮詢;五、超越行動研究工具性的研究旨趣;六、善用多元方式增進反思能力。
School teacher action research is one of the most-promoted professional development among school reforms over the past few years. In order to explore the existed problems in school teacher action research, the paper uses case study method selecting one elementary school with much experience of school teacher action research. The methods applied to collect information include observations, in-depth interviews and literature analysis. Research shows that school teacher action research faces various problems on three stages (promotion and initiation, planning and implementation, challenge and development). The problems can be described as follows: (1) Concepts and spirits of action research are not identified. (2) Topics of action research are instrumental-oriented. (3) Mechanism of reflection and discourse are not sound. (4) Teachers have difficulties doing action research. (5) Relationship of cooperation and confidence should be solidified. Furthermore, schools can take some strategies to improve the effectiveness of action research. Those strategies include (1) Enforce the propagation of action research. (2) Building the mechanism of action research. (3) Encourage the cooperation and interaction of members in the team. (4) Incorporate suggestions and consultations of outer professors. (5) Surpass the instrumental interests of research. (6) Exercise multiple methods to improve reflection.
