本研究旨在透過文獻分析瞭解我國師資培育評鑑制度之發展歷程,並藉由問卷調查方法,分析我國實施師資培育評鑑,對師資培育中心其辦學績效之影響,且以中等師資類科為限,問卷調查對象為94-97年度曾參與師資培育評鑑之師資培育中心主管,共計發放63份問卷,有效樣回收樣本為49份(77.78%)。 最後,本研究獲得以下重要結論:(1)我國師資培育評鑑之發展脈絡受現今社會教職發展趨勢影響,與「少子女化」、「師資人力市場供需失衡」教育現場情形,及「教育自由市場與績效責任」、「提升師資素質」等教育改革議題有關;(2)師資培育中心主管對於評鑑影響其中心辦學績效具有高認同度;(3)不同背景變項之師資培育中心主管對於評鑑影響中心辦學績效八層面之看法並無顯著差異。
The study aims to find out the developing process of teacher education evaluation system, and conducted a questionnaire survey to analyze the influence of teacher education evaluation on the accountability of teacher education program for Secondary Education. The study target subjects are the teacher education directors, who had joined the teacher education evaluation from 2005 to 2008. There are 63 questionnaires being sent and valid feedback samples are 49(77.78%). Finally, the conclusions of this study are as follows: (1)The developing process of Teacher Education Evaluation was influenced by the social trend, such as the issues: the educational phenomenon with fewer children, the unbalance of the teacher market, the free market in education, the accountability, and the improvement of teachers' quality. (2) The teacher education institution directors have high degree about the influence of teacher education evaluation on the accountability. Then, those also have same opinions on eight accountability no matter different school, public/private school, established time, evaluation grade, and evaluation join experience.
