The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of new high school home economics textbooks to determine whether they contain sex bias that include Gender stereotype. The sex deviation is out of balance. The sex conceals to disappear and sex language prejudice. The study focused on the contents and graphics in the textbooks. Content analysis were used as the primary methods, and the content analysis method of this research was mainly based on qualitative analysis as well as on quantitative analysis. The research was designed to accomplish the following purposes: 1. Examine the content, Number of times and Range of sex prejudice for the Home economics textbook in the senior high school. 2. Issued further practical suggestions for reference of editor and publisher. The main findings of this study are: the textbook's gender stereotype is the most serious. The textbook's gender imbalance is in second place. The amount of appearing is the most serious among them. There is all no sex prejudices in "sex-disappear" and "sex language prejudice".
