摘要

晚近以來，文化產業策略已成為許多城市維護地方文化永續、傳統空間再生與都市經濟振興的重要發展方向與領域，以及回應經濟全球化激化發展，凸顯其競爭優勢的關鍵要素。本文以「地方文化產業」之發展策略為討論的主軸，旨在尋求地方文化產業發展的制度形式與推動策略，以提供未來國家、地方規劃文化產業作為再生與發展策略之參考。

Cultural industries and strategies have recently constituted not only as major areas of preserving local cultural sustainability, regenerating traditional space, and revivifying urban economics, but also as a vital element of urban competitive edges in response to the deepening development of economic globalisation. This study is therefore focused on the development strategies of cultural industries, purporting to establish organizational framework and propose planning/policy implication and development strategies of cultural industries in the institution and planning for central and local governments.
