This article investigates that the differences of political-economic structure within Dragon Fours interact with and impact upon the development trajectories and strategies of the state restructuring during globalisation process. Based on the conceptual framework of time-space articulation, it discusses two major subjects of cross-border economic development and restructuring strategies of and space within cross-border economies is lastly conditioned by the political sovereignty of cross-border links. The different trajectory in restructuring national territory of four dragons is. Primarily derived from variations in strategic guides of the state, which to a certain extent is also conditioned by the selection mechanism of path dependence.
