文化產業發展的學習型市鎮現象

摘要

文化產業目前是城市或地方再發展重要的策略，台灣也以文化創意產業作為國家重點發展計畫之一。但由於文化產業在創意的本質下，面臨市場快速變動和產品主觀性的風險，發展更藉由創新、藝術、和集體學習的過程以提升競爭力。本文討論文化產業發展創新與集體學習的特性，並以鶯歌陶瓷文化產業為個案，期能提出文化產業發展創新氛圍營造的方向。

The cultural industry in Taiwan has recently played a key role in promoting local redevelopment as policy that strengthens the economy. To face unstable markets and consumer preferences and enhance competitiveness, the cultural industry should be embedded based on learning, knowledge, intelligence, and social values. This study, based on perceptions of innovation and collective learning, and a case study of Yingo's ceramic industry, proposes the construction of an innovative milieu and strategies for promoting cultural industry development.
