模式譜、循環螺旋與實證研究

摘要

本研究探討管理學門、資訊系統與研究架構的模式分析研究與實證研究。模式分析研究包括：模式建立、模式求解、解答實施。分析結果採用多元一度空閒(multiple one-dimension)的尺度，從模式基礎：模式分類、模式處理、處理步驟、處理方法、解答結果、模式假設、模式性質、大腦偏重、思考方式、環境變動；管理學門：企業功能、管理功能、領導型態、外部組織型態、內部組織型態、管理角色、生管教材架構、品質管理、存貨管理、行銷管理、管理教育、資源管理；資訊系統：資訊系統型態、電腦操作介面、資訊系統開發、資訊需求分析、系統設計、作業研究、決策理論、預測方法、股票分析；研究架構：本體論、認識論、方法論、研究方法、研究技術、研究目標、研究過程、研究結構、MIS研究主題、研究方法之研究主題、結果表達、信賴度與效度、MIS期刊、學院研究等方面，來探討系統與模式的概念。因此，稱之為「模式譜分析」(model spectrum analysis)。因為模式譜表的寬度有限，各表中所列的是相對尺度，而非絕對尺度，模式譜中不同列或次元有不同的尺度，而且是連續的，其界線並非很清楚。同一列或次元的模式並非是互斥的，可以同時用兩個以上模式，所以本研究提出模式循環螺旋，並且利用模式譜的一些尺度，當作變數，進行實証研究。
本研究的主要目的是：1．對管理學的一些學門中的觀念，作一個簡單的文獻探討。2．管理教育者介紹管理理論與知識時，提供清楚的架構，以便引導學生。3．資訊管理者知道管理模式電腦化的差異，以便建立管理資訊系統之參考。4．管理決策者知道模式的適用性，以配合本身的知識與認知。5．管理研究者利用研究架構模式譜，以選擇研究方法。

This paper explores the model analysis and empirical study of management subjects, information system and research framework. The model analysis includes: model building, model solving and solution implementation.
We apply multiple one-dimensional scale to Model Fundament: model classification, model processing, processing step, processing approach, solution answers, model property; Management Subject: business function, management function, leadership style, inter-organization, intra-organization, manager's role, management education, forecasting method, stock market analysis; Information System: information system type, computer operation interface, system development, requirement analysis, system design, operations research; Research Framework: research ontology, epistemology, methodology, method, technology, objective, process, structure, MIS research issue, research method issue, etc. We summarize the model analysis results with model spectrums. Then we propose model cyclic spirals. Finally, we use some scales in model spectrum as variables to investigate a empirical study.
