The purpose of this study aims to discuss the influence of the partners' perception and the importance of the motivations for the strategic alliances (SAs) toward the performance, conflict, and the involvement of the resources. Moreover, it attempts to analyze the impact of the performance, conflict, and the involvement of the resources on the commitment in SAs. This study uses LISREL Ⅶ to analyze the hypotheses. The partners' perception has positive influence on the performance; however, it has negative influence on the conflict and the involvement of the resources. The importance of the motivations for the SAs has positive influence on the involvement of the resources. The performance has positive influence on the commitment of future cooperation.
