婚暴中的權力控制－個人自覺與社會結構的互動歷程

The Pass-Through of Battered Women: An Approach of Micro-macro Link

摘要

從女性主義的觀點，受暴婦女的存在，是一種社會整體性別權力結構失衡所產生的社會問題。本研究以人與環境/社會互動、鉅觀與微觀的連結為架構，從女性主體的經驗、及女性對現實的主觀回應，來瞭解婚姻中受暴婦女的心路歷程，重點在於當事人的詮釋，在於流動的過程。以焦點團法進行六次談心聚會，參與人數計六人，除探究其主觀建構的事實，並利用研究策略之便，組婚暴婦女談心團體。據談括內容發現：在微觀面，唯有自覺自己受暴的事實，不再否認、合理化，這才是抗暴行動的開端；在鉅觀面，「婚姻暴力是犯罪行為」社會規範的確立，與認清「父權宰制」為傳統婚姻信念的根源，是降低社會環境阻力、增加行動正當性與接獲資源的重要關鍵。藉由談心聚會的組成，提供情緖支持、經驗分享；以當事人的分享與自我剖析，呈現婚姻中的權力控制與父權社會結構的緊密環扣；而受暴婦女居於其中，如何回歸自己主體的觀點、採取行動、進而克服脫離暴力歷程中的重重社會結構關卡的心路歷程，是本研究的主要內涵。

The existence of battered wives, from the viewpoint of feminism, is a social problem constructed by the sexual power disequilibrium of the entire society. This research tries to understand the course and pass-through of battered women within the structure of human-environment/society interaction as well as the micro-macro link. From the feminine experience and the subjective response to the social facts, the focus of this study lies on the interpretation of the person involved and it’s processing. Through group-focusing, there had been six meetings; the number of members participating were six in total. Besides probing into the subject facts, the battered women TALK meeting is set strategically to pass down the experience and to support one another. According to the talking, only self-awakening, in the micro view, is the very first step to against marital violence. In the macro vies, recognizing patriarchal controlling over traditional marriage and constructing the social norm—marital violence as crime, are the key to justify their pass-through and to access the supports. TALK meeting, through sharing the experience and providing emotional support to explore their inner voice, is the spotlight of this research.
