摘要

先天性肺臟動靜脈瘻管(pulmonary arteriovenous fistula)是一種罕見的肺臟血管異常，臨床上常沒有明顯的症狀。本文提出三個病例，介紹這種少見的血管異常在胸部X光片上所呈現的典型徵象，如注入動脈(feeding artery)，引流靜脈(draining vein)及血管囊(vascular sac)，以供同仁參考。

Congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula is rare malformation of the pulmonary vasculature. Many of these malformations are asymptomatic. So the clinical diagnosis is difficult.
Pulmonary arteriovenous fistula is seen more commonly in the lower lobes than in the middle and upper lobes, and is single in about two-thirds of cases. The classical appearance of the plain chest film is a round or oval homogenous mass of unit density, somewhat lobulated in contour but sharply defined, ranging from less than one centimeter to several centimeters in diameter. Identification of the feeding and draining vessels which is essential to the diagnosis.
We present three cases and show the typical findings in the plain chest film, polytomogram, pulmonary angiogram and radiogram of the post-operative specimen.
