摘要

Hirschsprung氏病和腹內疝氣，這兩種疾病為大家所熟知，但當其合併時，則為少見。而且這兩種疾病彼此的臨床和放射線表徵，有些相同，因此合併時，使得整個病情，不易顯現。以下是病例報告，Hirschsprung氏病和腹內疝氣，同時發生在一位新生兒，並且論及診斷上的彼此牽連。據我們所知，此合併症很少在文獻上報告過。

Hirschsprung's disease and internal hernia are individually well known but the association of these two disease entities is quite rare. The clinical and radiological manifestations of each may be easily masked. The following is the rport of a rare instance of Hirschsprung's disease and internal hernia occurring in the same infant with emphasis on the diagnostic implications. To our knowledge, such case has rarely been reported in the literature.
